Waaree Energies IPO: Shares allotment likely today; here's how to check status online
Waaree Energies IPO received one of the highest ever number of applications at Rs 97.34 lakh. The initial share sale by one of the major players in the solar energy sector in India attracted subscription of over Rs 2.41 lakh crore as the three-day maiden share sale concluded with 76.34 times subscription. The Rs 4,321.44 crore IPO received bids for 160 crore shares against 2.10 shares on offer. Earlier, it mobilised Rs 1,277 crore from anchor investors. The issue has a price band of Rs 1,427 to Rs 1,503 per share.
